We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at Leicestershire County Council. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students in schools, promoting the Council's vision and values, and ensuring the safety of participants.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to students in schools, following the National Curriculum for Swimming
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans to meet the needs of students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and teachers
- Ensure the safety of students and staff during lessons
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Level 2 In Teaching Aquatics qualification
- NPLQ or NRASTAC Rescue Qualification
