  • Technical Proficiency with strong skills in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel, with the ability to efficiently manage and analyse data.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when dealing with reconciliations and ledger closing.
  • Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced, temporary role.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with the finance team.
  • Professional certifications or part-qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA) are a plus but not essential.
