About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Tesco. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and display.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the till system.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that stock levels are maintained.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals, identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
