Complex Care Support Worker
Enviva Complex Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to provide care and support to a young client with complex health needs. This role requires delivering personalized care, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential requirements.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, driving to school and daily trips.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum
