Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rotational Moulding Specialist to join our team in Isleworth, Hounslow, Middlesex. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating rotational moulding machines, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production processes.

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will:



  • Operate and monitor roto-moulding machines to manufacture high-quality products, ensuring all production targets are met.

  • Set up roto-moulding equipment, adjust settings as needed, and perform routine maintenance checks to keep machines in good working order.

  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet our quality standards. Address issues immediately to the Team Leader to maintain product quality.

  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules and optimize output. Report any potential delays or bottlenecks to the supervisor.

  • Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely, ensuring the correct materials are used for each production run.

  • Adhere to health and safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure production processes are followed, sharing knowledge, and helping with training as required.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience as a Production Operative in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in roto-moulding processes is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.

  • Familiarity with the operation of rotational moulding machines, along with basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor machine faults.

  • Ability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting and moving heavy items safely, and standing for extended periods during shifts.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and detect any issues in production.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to a manufacturing environment.
