Job Title: Machine Operator - Roto-Moulding Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in West London. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating roto-moulding machinery and a strong focus on quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor roto-moulding machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality standards.
  • Set up equipment, adjust machine settings, and conduct routine maintenance to keep machines operating smoothly.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any issues to the Team Leader.
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules and report potential delays to supervisors as needed.
  • Safely load and unload raw materials and finished goods, ensuring correct materials for each production run.
  • Adhere to safety policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production processes, share knowledge, and assist in training as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, ideally with knowledge of roto-moulding.
  • Familiarity with roto-moulding equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials safely and stand for extended periods.
  • High attention to detail for quality control and issue detection.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations for a manufacturing environment.
