With the flexibility to work across different services, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in communicating with tact and sensitivity.

Your tasks will vary depending on the service user, but you can expect to provide assistance with daily living activities, supporting individuals with learning or physical disabilities, alcohol and addiction issues, homelessness, and mental health challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and cope with challenging behaviour. If you have 6 months of paid support and care experience, we encourage you to apply.
