Homecare Specialist

What You Will Do
As a Homecare Specialist with Bluebird Care, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care services to our clients in their own homes. This will involve assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also provide support with appointments, transportation, and other activities.

You will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We value empathy, patience, and understanding in our Care Assistants, as these qualities enable us to build strong relationships with our clients.

The compensation package includes a starting rate of £12.25 per hour, which increases to £14.50 after passing your probation and achieving your SVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement, a £300 bonus upon completion of probation, and a range of discounts through our Employee Assistance and Wellbeing Programme.
