We are seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor to join our Operations team at Swindon Borough Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to maintain the structural integrity of our Housing stock and corporate buildings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying a wide range of housing buildings, detailed knowledge of construction related health and safety regulations, and knowledge of planning and building regulations. They will also be an excellent communicator and holder of a full driving license.

As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of a new reorganisation of how we deliver repairs across north and south Swindon. You will be a point of contact within your locality for key stakeholders, including Elected Members, residents, and local businesses.
