We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our mixed practice, offering a diverse range of treatments. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the practice's administrative tasks, including staff supervision and patient communication
  • Implement new systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local dental professionals and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care
  • Contribute to the development of the practice's business strategy and growth plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Clinical background preferred, but not essential
