About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our well-established and progressive multi-disciplinary team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.

The Later Life Team provides mental health care for older adults who have a severe mental health condition within Gloucester and surrounding areas.

As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for care coordinating a designated caseload, working within CPA Policy and associated countywide risk procedures, travelling independently, and using IT skills.
