About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Chef to join our team at Corinthia Hotel London. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the night supervision, preparation, and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and manage the kitchen team during nighttime hours
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the hotel's culinary standards
  • Ensure strict hygiene controls are maintained in all kitchen areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You will have:

  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to give precise instruction
  • Demonstrated expertise in kitchen management, cost control, or food safety controls
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career in luxury hospitality
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Empathy for guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
