About us

The Twenty Two, a new luxury lifestyle hotel with an all-day public restaurant and a private members club, will be opening on the historic Grosvenor Square in Londons Mayfair in Spring 2022.

Set within a listed Edwardian manor, this boutique property (and once single-family home) has a rich history of decadent hosts, candle lights and shadows which are being honoured in a modern renovation to become westsidehide-a-way for creative cohorts and a venue that promotes the opportunity for ideas to grow.

We are looking for a Night Chef to join our team who is bold, driven towards excellence, guided by intuition and grounded in empathy.

The role

The Night Chef will assist the Executive and Head Chefs in the successful running of the Kitchen overnight, producing food off the late night menu for room service and supporting on prep and mise en place for the following days service ensuring that the highest standards at all times and all prep, quality, food safety and hygiene are always maintained.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food, whose attention to detail is second to none and who has an innate ability to lead and inspire others.
