Role Overview
First for Education is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join our team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Key Stage 1 classes and possess a Level 3 or 2 teaching assistant qualification. Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver phonics, numeracy, and literacy interventions. Key Tasks:
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
