Description: We are seeking an experienced Autism Therapy Coordinator to join our team at Autism Partnership UK Ltd. Based in Leeds, this permanent, part-time role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
About the Role: As an Autism Therapy Coordinator, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement effective therapy plans. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and deliver high-quality ABA services, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead therapy sessions, working collaboratively with therapists and other professionals as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of autism and ABA.
What You'll Need:
- Experience working with individuals with autism and their families, preferably in an ABA setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field; or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £38,460 - £41,580 per annum (DOE).
- 28 days annual leave including all Bank Holidays.
- Additional leave for long service.
- Mileage paid at 40p per mile.
