Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Development Specialist to join our team at Autism Partnership Leeds Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of individualized therapy programs for children with autism.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism. They will be responsible for developing and implementing therapy plans, providing supervision and training to staff, and collaborating with parents and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- BCBA certification or equivalent experience
- Undergraduate or higher degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience working directly with children with autism utilizing ABA methodology
