Job Description

Autism Partnership Leeds Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of our Autism Therapy Programme in Leeds.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals with autism and related conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of therapists and support staff to deliver ABA programmes
  • Develop and implement programme plans, ensuring effective service delivery and quality assurance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on programme progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other services

Requirements

  • Possession of a relevant degree or equivalent experience in ABA or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £38,460 - £41,580 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
  • Additional leave for long service
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30am and 6:30pm. Flexibility to work occasional overtime may be required.
