As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our young people. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
