About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Performance Management Lead to join our global People Potential & Organisational Development team. This role is pivotal in implementing talent and performance management initiatives, ensuring we identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. The successful candidate will report to and collaborate closely with the VP of People Potential & Organisational Development and other key stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous growth and impact.

The Challenge

Talent Reviews:

  1. Lead the planning and support Divisional People Partners (DPPs) in executing organisational talent reviews.
  2. Prepare insights and ensure progression tracking of the overall OTR process, including Talent Check-ins.

Succession Planning and Talent Development:

  1. Provide insights on status of talent and succession planning to DPPs and the business.
  2. Partner with DPPs and the business to propose solutions accelerating High Potentials development.
  3. Ensure Talent groups mapping to Leadership Development programs and nominations.
  4. Design, implement, and manage Career Frameworks supporting employee development and progression.
  5. Internships / International Graduate Program:
    1. Design Global Internships framework supporting local internships programs.
    2. Oversee functional internships guiding DPP and the business on delivery in line with the global framework.

Performance Management:

  1. Lead the Goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Oversee Mid-year and Year-end performance reviews, promoting a feedback culture leading to fairness and objective assessments, and career progression.
  3. Develop and implement strategies encouraging continuous feedback and driving performance impact.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in talent, performance management, or a similar role preferably within the technology or sports-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of fundamentals and execution of talent and performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the People team as well as business stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data with attention to detail and work with HR systems (Workday).

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per annum based on location and experience.
