Transformative AI Leadership Opportunity

La Fosse is seeking a seasoned Chief AI Architect to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven technology solutions in the banking sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the technology strategy and implementing best practices for scalable, automated, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the AI technology roadmap, ensuring the effective use of generative AI to enhance customer interactions and achieve top-tier Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Manage and guide engineering teams responsible for end-to-end product development, including design, build, and testing.
  • Ensure system stability, resilience, and seamless failover processes with minimal impact on live customers.
  • Oversee risk management for the AI platform, identifying and mitigating platform-related risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in software engineering, facilitating team growth through mentorship, career development, and fostering an internal engineering community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale engineering teams and delivering complex AI and digital systems.
  • Expertise in defining technology strategy and implementing best practices for scalable, automated, and high-performing applications.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Extensive knowledge of architecture, database design, and the latest industry trends in AI and digital banking technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions across the organization.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, AI tools, and deployment technologies.
  • Proficient in test-driven development (TDD) and building APIs.
  • Knowledge of security practices, risk management, and infrastructure resilience.
