Job Title: Chief Product Officer

We're seeking a seasoned Chief Product Officer to join our leadership team and help steer the company through its next phase of growth. As a key member of our executive team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering a clear and cohesive product strategy that aligns with our overall mission objective and wider strategic imperatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the definition and delivery of a clear and cohesive product strategy
  • Build a world-class product management function
  • Lead and mentor the existing team of product managers, product leads, and product directors
  • Set clear objectives and key results with leadership and the wider business
  • Deliver great product for users at pace with relentless focus on delivery
Requirements:
  • Seasoned product leadership, strategy, and vision in a growth-focused B2C environment
  • People leadership: an inspiring, engaging people leader and outstanding communicator
  • Execution-focused product delivery and bias for action
