Job Title: AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our team in London. As a key player in our Responsible AI practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ethical AI systems that meet the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and explainability.

About the Role:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and design AI systems that integrate with existing data and AI platforms and workflows on cloud. Your expertise in AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks, as well as your experience with big data technologies and database management systems, will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ethical AI systems that meet the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and explainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and design AI systems that integrate with existing data and AI platforms and workflows on cloud.
  • Architect regular audits of AI systems to identify and mitigate biases.
  • Evaluate third-party Responsible AI tools and frameworks.
  • Architect and solution AI project lifecycle from conception through to deployment and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Specialist experience: 2-4 years
  • Architectural experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and database management systems.
  • Specific technology domain areas experience in at least one of: software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, data & analytics.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in implementing AI solutions in large-scale, enterprise environments.
  • Commitment to ethical AI practices and continuous learning.
