Job Summary:

  • Lead the after school club, creating a welcoming environment for students.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs tailored to student needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted support.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, reporting incidents and concerns as necessary.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including finance, records, and parental communications.
  • Clean and maintain the after school club area, including equipment and facilities.
  • Provide first aid, documenting incidents and treatments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • NVQ3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Familiarity with first aid principles and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborative work style and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting students with special needs.
