Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company's client base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth areas.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Ability to travel when necessary to meet clients or attend industry events.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
