Income and Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Income and Lease Manager to join our team at Waythrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising our income, reducing debt and rent arrears, and taking the lead in dealing with financial related issues.
The key focus of this role will be on:
- Maximising income from residential leases
- Reducing debt and rent arrears through effective financial management
- Taking the lead in dealing with council tax, utilities, and other financial related issues
- Preparing information for invoices and collating expenditure data

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of dealing with housing-related financial issues, including rent arrears and council tax
- Knowledge of housing law relevant to social housing, private landlords, and tenants
- Able to support the team in identifying issues, problem-solving, and action planning
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
