We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Banqueting Operations to join our team at The Landmark London. As a key member of our Banqueting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and quality in all aspects of banqueting operations.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure that the quality and quantity of staff is in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
- To motivate and support the Floor managers by providing effective management and leadership to achieve high performance of all areas of the department.
- To assist and support with the stock take process (twice a year) based on the published results to implement and review any of the procedures where necessary.
- To ensure that there is a pre-event/during & post-service contact for the organiser.
- To form business relationships with other internal departments of the hotel (ie F&B, Stewarding team, Kitchen etc) to assist in your day to day tasks.
- A competitive salary of £45,760 + service charge.
