We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Banqueting Operations to join our dynamic team at The Landmark London. As a key member of our Banqueting Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and memorable moments to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the quality and quantity of staff meet company guidelines and standards.
  • To motivate and support Floor Managers by providing effective management and leadership to achieve high performance in all areas of the department.
  • To assist and support with the stock take process, implementing and reviewing procedures as necessary.
  • To ensure pre-event, during, and post-service contact with organizers.
  • To form business relationships with internal departments to assist in daily tasks.
