Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our Automated Storage commercial team on technical pre-sales support activities, including engineering, software, and user interface.
  • Work with customers to understand their workflows, methods, and processes, and translate this information to develop world-class products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create technical content, such as white papers, case studies, and posters.
  • Evaluate solutions from a technical and commercial viewpoint, and work with third-party collaborators and suppliers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, life science, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in engineering, sales application engineering, product management, or project management, preferably in the life sciences, healthcare, or medical device industry.
  • Strong mathematical capability and ability to understand science and engineering.
  • Fluency in English, with professional working proficiency in French highly desirable.
