About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our Performance and Planning team at TSB Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, regular reporting activity on our customer channels, primary corporate objectives, key strategic indicators, and delivery against our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Performance and Planning team in delivering highly polished, regular reporting activity
  • Interrogate and challenge data to identify trends and insights
  • Utilize findings to construct high-quality reports for senior stakeholders
  • Build collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to understand business performance
  • Identify and collect further observations, data, and facts relevant to the functions being reported on
  • Use logical reasoning to identify problems in performance

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate performance effectively through reports and presentations
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
  • Ability to give an overarching performance view of COO
  • Ability to identify and collect further observations, data, and facts relevant to the functions being reported on
