We are a national installer of energy efficiency measures that aim to reduce heating bills and carbon emissions for homeowners and tenants.

Our fabric first approach involves insulating homes before installing energy efficient heating systems and/or renewable energy solutions.

  • Our insulation services include loft insulation, room in roof insulation, cavity wall insulation, internal wall insulation, and external wall insulation.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management

As Insulation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the insulation side of the business, supporting continued growth, and ensuring high-quality delivery of all insulation works.

  • Recruit, retain, and manage high-quality teams to deliver insulation works on site.
  • Develop and implement technical standards for insulation works, ensuring consistency across all related works.
  • Develop and deliver a robust training program for insulation operatives, including initial training, ongoing support, and toolbox talks.
Operational Excellence

You will be responsible for advising on ongoing capacity, identifying requirements for field resources, and coordinating with HR and operations teams to optimize resource efficiency.

  • Stay up to date with technical and regulatory developments relating to insulation works.
  • Build relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and regulators to ensure compliance and best practices.
Quality Assurance

You will work closely with the HSEQ Manager to develop and implement an ongoing quality assurance program, including quality assurance inspections on site.

  • Recruit and manage a team of supervisors to support consistent quality of delivery.
  • Ensure that outcomes are clearly reported and actioned, and that quality assurance is prioritized across all insulation works.
Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with various teams, including accounts and compliance, operations and customer service, and design, to ensure seamless delivery of insulation works.

  • Coordinate with procurement to optimize logistics, including stock levels, accurate selection and picking of installation materials, and coordinated delivery times.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with system designers, regulators, and other trade bodies as required.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, profit-related bonus scheme, company events, and on-site parking.
