About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in providing key financial support to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of monthly management accounts for our group of companies.
  • Support the delivery of key monthly accounting models for IFRS15.
  • Own specific financial reporting for Aftersales/ Service, LGE LLC, and LGE IP Co.
  • Support the delivery of the annual budget for our group of companies.
  • Own specific budget/forecast for LGE LLC, LGE IP Co, and BPC submissions for LGE.
  • Support ad hoc activities as required.

Requirements

  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • High-quality communication is vital.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the business and work closely with the finance team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including solid knowledge of VLOOKUP.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education is preferred.
  • Accounting qualification is not essential, but the incumbent will be a part-qualified accountant actively studying for a qualification such as CIMA or ACCA.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC Clearance security level.
