Claims Leadership Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Claims Manager to join our First Party Claims team at Acorn Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing motor claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Summary- Lead a team of 50+ FTEs in managing motor claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate complaints, ensuring full compliance with service level agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Participate in weekly operations meetings, providing detailed feedback on performance against company objectives for assigned operational roles.
- Accountability for supplementing the effective management of productivity, workflow allocations, and quality control in assigned operational areas.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record in claims management and team leadership. Knowledge of claims best practice, particularly in relation to effective cost/leakage control, quality, training, and compliance, would be an advantage.
