Chef Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our restaurant team in Dartford, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Preparation and Execution: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring excellent food presentation and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.
  • Kitchen Management: Monitor food inventory, assist with stock control, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods and develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
