Senior Capital Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capital Project Manager to join our team at Castlefield Recruitment. The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading and managing multiple capital projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Liaise with senior management, service users, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage the appointment of consultants and contractors.
  • Manage budget costs associated with capital projects.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a capital-related leadership role, ideally within public buildings or healthcare estates.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and strategic leadership.

About the Role:
