Paediatric Dietitian Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Dietitian to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As a key member of our Paediatric Dietetic Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dietetic care to paediatric in-patients and out-patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dietetic assessments and develop individualised care plans for paediatric patients with a range of clinical conditions, including weight management, faltering growth, allergy, feeding difficulties, and special needs.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide training and education on nutrition and dietetics.
- Contribute to ward rounds, multi-disciplinary team meetings, and case conferences to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and assess nutritional care plans, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and care planning.
