Clinical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist in our Crisis/Home Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to children and young people with complex mental health needs.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our CAMHS teams to provide a responsive and accessible service based on the i-Thrive model. You will be responsible for developing evidence-based clinical pathways and offering consultation and supervision to our staff.
We offer a range of training opportunities, including Positive Behaviour Support, AMBIT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT informed Coping Skills. You will also have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to children and young people with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical pathways
- Offer consultation and supervision to staff
- Work closely with CAMHS teams to provide a responsive and accessible service
- Contribute to the development of our service and participate in quality improvement initiatives
We are looking for an individual with:
