Job Title: UK & International Business Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at CFS International Formations. As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver reliable administrative support and customer service to our clients
  • Process UK and Offshore company formations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Complete bank account applications and verify client identification documents
  • Prepare and check legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage a busy email inbox, responding to client inquiries and orders
  • Liaise with Government Authorities, including Companies House and HMRC, and offshore agents
Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to apply own initiative and problem solve
  • Flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills
Desirable Extras:
  • Knowledge of company formations or company start-up procedures
  • Experience of dealing with HMRC and/or Companies House
  • Experience in managing client accounts
