Job Title: UK & International Business Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our UK and Offshore Formations team at CFS International Formations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless client order processing and efficient team operations.
  • Process UK and Offshore company formations, ensuring compliance with strict money laundering regulations.
  • Manage bank account applications, checking and preparing legal documents as required.
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries, providing regular updates on application progress.
  • Liaise with Government Authorities, including Companies House and HMRC, and offshore agents to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines.
Desirable Extras:
  • Knowledge of company formations or start-up procedures.
  • Experience dealing with HMRC and/or Companies House.
  • Experience managing client accounts.
