Senior Care Leader

We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Leader to join our team at Seccombe Court in Banbury.

As a Senior Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising shifts, case managing residents, administering medication, and developing care plans with our award-winning team.

Your estimated annual salary is £28,600 - £34,500 depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and stakeholders to create personalized care plans.
  • Administering and recording medication accurately and safely.
  • Conducting risk assessments to safeguard residents' well-being.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and IT literacy.
  • Able to lead and delegate tasks effectively.
