We are seeking a highly skilled Care Professional Leader to join our dedicated team at Care UK. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.

The role involves leading and supervising your shift, providing guidance and support to colleagues, and working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to create tailored care plans.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and leading your shift, ensuring seamless care delivery
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and support
  • Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create personalized care plans
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 27 days annual leave, discounted meal arrangements, and access to CPD training.

Your salary will depend on your experience and qualifications, but we can estimate that you could earn around £24,000 per annum, based on average national rates for this role.
