**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent financial management expertise, and the ability to work closely with our directors and owners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation of monthly management accounts, presenting to directors/managers, and overseeing the timely submission of monthly composites. They will also be responsible for the management of sales ledger and bought ledger departments, including the issuance of sales invoices, receipt of payment, and credit control.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts and present to Directors/Managers
  • Oversee the preparation of timely submission of monthly composites
  • Management of sales ledger department including the issuing of sales invoices, receipt of payment, and credit control
  • Oversee the management of bought ledger department including purchase order process, receipt of purchase invoices, and payment of bought ledger
  • Responsible for the timely submission of monthly PAYE and VAT, including compliance
  • Manage cash flow and cash flow forecasts
  • Preparation of books of account for audit and all communication with auditors
  • Oversee the maintenance of company statutory records & reports
  • Completion and timely submission of annual financial statements & tax returns, including compliance

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
