About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Highland Council. As a key member of our Integrated Children's Service Planning department, you will play a vital role in transforming data to support service improvement.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive positive outcomes for Highland's children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Developing and maintaining effective data visualizations and reports
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level and/or experience working in a data analysis role
