In this challenging yet rewarding role as Harm Reduction Outreach Professional, you will be part of a dynamic multi-agency team dedicated to promoting harm reduction initiatives in the community. As a key member of the team, you will deliver effective harm reduction interventions, including needle exchange, Blood Borne Virus interventions, and advice around injecting related issues.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders. You must have a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, good IT skills, and knowledge of safeguarding policies.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including an annual leave purchase scheme, enhanced occupational sick pay, and an enhanced employer contribution to your workplace pension.
