As a qualified SEN teacher, you will be working with three outstanding SEN schools in Exeter. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching and inspiring students to learn and achieve in a different environment where teachers are encouraged to explore alternative methods of teaching including outdoor education, field trips and skill-based learning.

Job Description

This role involves working as an SEN teacher in a full-time capacity, typically 8.30AM - 4PM, five days a week. You will have the opportunity to work with children with SEN on a one-to-one basis or in classes and be passionate about working with SEN children. The salary for this position starts from £145 per day, with the potential for additional pay based on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with SEN on a one-to-one basis or in classes.
  • Passion for working with SEN children.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and patience.
  • Effective communication within a team.
  • Commitment to working full-time.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
