Main Purpose of Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Restorer to join our Warehouse Returns Team. As a Product Restorer, you will work closely with our Inbound & Returns Supervisor to repair and restore garments, ensuring they meet our brand quality standards and are fit for purpose and sale.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Repair and restore products to ensure they meet our brand quality standards and are fit for purpose and sale.
  • Clean and steam products to ensure they are restored to a high standard.
  • Provide support to the returns department operatives in spotting faults and identifying if faults are fixable.
  • Identify common faults and report these to the Design and Customer Service teams to rectify for future production.
  • Assist on any QC initiatives when required.
  • During quieter periods, you will be required to support the returns department in unpacking and processing returns.
  • Any other duties required by your supervisor/manager.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a seamstress or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion design, garment technology or similar would be advantageous but not crucial.
  • High level of experience in operating industrial and domestic sewing and overlocker machines.
  • Good relevant knowledge in fabrics, trims and components.
  • Good knowledge across multi-product.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Driven work ethic, taking ownership of your work/role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Passionate about making a difference.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.

Please note that this role requires you to work on site full-time, and you must live within daily commutable distance to B98.
