We are passionate about creating high-quality activewear that inspires women to reach their fitness goals. As a Product Restorer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet our brand standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Returns department to repair and restore products, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Clean and steam products to maintain our brand's high standards.
  • Support the Returns department in identifying faults and determining if they can be fixed.
  • Identify common faults and report them to the Design and Customer Service teams to improve future production.
  • Assist with Quality Control initiatives as needed.
  • During quieter periods, support the Returns department in processing returns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a seamstress or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion design, garment technology, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • High level of experience operating industrial and domestic sewing and overlocker machines.
  • Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and components.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Driven work ethic and ability to take ownership of your work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about making a difference.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.

Please note that this role requires working on-site full-time, and we only consider candidates living within daily commutable distance to B98.
