We are passionate about creating high-quality activewear that empowers women to reach their fitness goals. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Returns department to repair and restore products, ensuring they meet our brand's quality standards and are fit for purpose and sale.
  • Clean and steam products to restore them to their original condition, adhering to our brand's quality standards.
  • Support the Returns department operatives in identifying faults and determining if they can be fixed.
  • Identify common faults and report them to the Design and Customer Service teams to prevent future issues.
  • Participate in Quality Control initiatives as required.
  • During quieter periods, assist the Returns department in processing returns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a seamstress or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion design, garment technology, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • High level of experience in operating industrial and domestic sewing and overlocker machines.
  • Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and components.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Driven work ethic and ability to take ownership of your work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.

Please note that this role requires you to work on-site full-time, and you must live within daily commuting distance to B98.
