Black Country Women's Aid is a leading charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands to support victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. As a Modern Slavery Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality frontline services to both female and male victims of modern slavery (international human trafficking) and their children within the West Midlands area.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of case management, including risk assessment, needs assessment, journey planning, outcomes, and case review when supporting clients through their recovery and reflection period. They will also be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our clients within the safehouse accommodation, requesting maintenance support as needed, and ensuring fire safety measures are in place.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults, children, and young people. The post holder must be female, and all positions are subject to DBS checks at the relevant level. Salary: $32,000 - $40,000 per annum
