Case Manager: Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

The successful candidate will provide a high-quality frontline service to both female and male victims of Modern Slavery (international human trafficking) and their children within the West Midlands area. You will be involved in all aspects of case management including risk assessment, needs assessment, journey planning, outcomes and case review when supporting clients through their recovery and reflection period. You will also be involved in all aspects of accommodation, including health and safety, requesting maintenance support, ensuring fire safety, etc.

The Role:The Modern Slavery Safehouse Advocate will work in partnership with key agencies to assess risk and provide tailored support plans for service users.
- Right to work in the UK: If you have finished full-time education and you have no employer reference, we will accept a reference from:
- a professional from your centre of study
- GP or health visitor
- a character reference from a person who knows you
- a civil servant from a government agency
- a bank manager
- DBS: All positions are subject to DBS checks at the relevant level.
