Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Nurse to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to quality and safety
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address quality and safety concerns
  • Conduct audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality and safety best practices

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Nurse with the NMC
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. MSc in Quality Improvement)
  • Experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and developing policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
